Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 May 2026

K-SAJU is an entertainment service. All readings are generated by artificial intelligence based on traditional Korean Four Pillars (사주) astrology. They are provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only and do not constitute professional, medical, financial, psychological, or legal advice.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using K-SAJU at saju-ai.app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.

2. Service Description

K-SAJU provides AI-generated Korean Four Pillars (사주) readings, compatibility analyses, and fortune summaries. Content is produced by Google Gemini, a large language model, and is based on birth date, time, and gender you provide.

Results are for entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantee of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or any specific outcome.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. By using K-SAJU you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are purchasing on behalf of another person, you confirm that person has consented to having their birth information processed.

4. Payments

Certain features require a one-time payment processed by Stripe. Prices are displayed in Euros (€) inclusive of any applicable taxes.

By completing a payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

5. No Right of Withdrawal (Digital Goods Exception)

Under EU/EEA consumer law, you have a general right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to digital content that is delivered immediately and where you have expressly consented to immediate delivery.

By initiating the analysis after payment, you expressly acknowledge that:

This is in accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

6. Refunds

Because readings are generated and delivered immediately, refunds are generally not available once a reading has been successfully generated and delivered.
